Our Patented Cleaning Process

Our patented cleaning process adheres and also exceeds to all NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards. This is recognized as by far the best and most reliable way to update/ clean an HVAC system. Our process has several tasks to it and there are many tools needed in order to complete them successfully. Our cleaning tasks include the application of a metallic barrier in the air handler which eliminates fiberglass shedding and prevents the fiber glass from acting like a sponge, which collets dirt and unwanted moisture which will then create bacteria and mold.

What is the typical cleaning process?

Our services typically include:

  • Assessments of the facility and the HVAC systems
  • Inspections of ductwork, chases, pipes, walls, etc.
  • Documentation of the inspection which will include photos of the property as well as filling out mechanical hygiene reports

Remediation Services include:

  • Containment Technology: creating a customized build-out containments
  • Physical Agitation- This is implemented with air powered brushes as well as air sweeps
  • Source Removal- Insulation & filtration
  • Treatment: This is the application of mechanical insulation repair
